CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CAKE?
Due to health and safety regulations, it is not possible to bring in or consume food prepared outside the restaurant, including birthday cakes.
However, we are happy to offer to serve one of our desserts with a birthday sparkler instead. Please check the “MENU” tab on our website to see our current selection of desserts

CAN WE PLACE A TAKEAWAY ORDER?
Due to high occupancy, we are currently unable to accept takeaway orders.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT WITH THE DOG?
You’re welcome to bring your dog into the restaurant as long as it’s well-behaved. We kindly ask that your dog remain on a leash at all times and stay under the table during your visit. Please note that pets are not allowed to sit on sofas or other furniture designated for Guests or on laps at the table.
For the safety of our Guests and staff, water bowls are provided outside the entrance to the restaurant and during the summer season, also in the garden. We kindly ask not to place your own water bowls under the tables.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to Guests who do not follow these guidelines or whose pets may cause discomfort to others.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VIST WITH CHILDREN/ STROLLERS?
You are welcome to visit our restaurant with children. However, for everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that children remain seated at the table and are supervised by their parents at all times.

If you are bringing a child in a stroller, please let us know in the comments box when booking to help us avoid delays in assigning a suitable table. We have limited space, with only few tables available to accommodate strollers.

Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu. Bringing outside food into the restaurant is also not permitted.

CAN WE PURCHASE A VOUCHER?
Yes, we offer vouchers ranging from 150 to 500 PLN.

You can purchase a physical voucher directly from the manager during the restaurant’s opening hours, or an electronic version by contacting us via email at molam.krakow@gmail.com.
The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be presented to staff before receiving the receipt.

WHICH DISHES ARE SAFE FOR A PERSON WITH ALLERGIES/ FOOD INTOLERANCES?
Our menu changes slightly every day, so we’re unable to provide an exact list of dishes available at the time of your visit in advance.

When visiting Molám, please inform our staff about your allergies or intolerances, and we will prepare a menu with safe options clearly marked. You can also add a note regarding your dietary restrictions when making a reservation, and we will prepare the menu in advance.

Please note that our kitchen handles ingredients such as gluten, shellfish, and other common allergens; while we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free of trace allergens.

DO YOU OFFER CATERING SERVICES?

No, we do not offer catering services.

DO YOU OFFER A SET MENU?
We do not offer a set menu. Larger groups are also encouraged to order à la carte.
