MOLÁM BOOKING POLICY
—————————————————————– RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATIONS
We only take reservations for 50% of our tables and keep the remaining 50% available for walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, a reservation isn’t essential.
To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we’ve introduced a policy to address the challenge of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can significantly affect our operations.
We appreciate your understanding that this policy helps us reduce no-shows, especially when other guests are waiting for a table.
To confirm your reservation, we require bank card details. All bank card information will be processed securely.
Changes to this reservation (subject to availability) can be made only via our email molam.krakow@gmail.com or Messenger up until 2 hours before the reservation.
No-shows or cancellations and changes to guest count made less than 2 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 50 PLN per person.
You can cancel your reservation yourself by clicking the “CANCEL RESERVATION” button included in the confirmation email.
We do not accept or handle reservation-related inquiries via phone.
LATE ARRIVALS
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time.
If you’re running late, please let us know via email or Messenger to avoid the reservation being marked as a no-show.
If you fail to notify us, the reservation will be canceled after 15 minutes, and the mentioned above cancellation fee will apply.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings for 5 guests or more are subject to a 12,5% service charge.

TABLE SIZE AND TIME LIMITS
Due to high demand, we assign tables strictly based on the actual number of guests in your party.
Please ensure your booking reflects this. If fewer guests arrive, you may need to wait for a smaller table, and a fee of 50 PLN will be charged for each absent guest.
If you have any special requests, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, celebrating a special occasion etc please include them in the comments section of your reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate these requests wherever possible.
VISITING WITH CHILDREN
We kindly ask that when making a reservation, you include all guests, including children, in the total number of people attending. Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that children stay seated at the table, under the supervision of their parents at all times.
If you’re bringing a child in a stroller, please let us know in the comments box when booking to avoid delays in assigning a suitable table – we have limited space and only few tables that can accommodate a stroller
DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. However, for the comfort of guests, we kindly ask that they remain on a leash and stay under your table (not on sofas or chairs) at all times.
Please let us know about your pet when making the reservation, to ensure we can accommodate them properly.
OWN FOOD
Due to health and safety regulations and in line with common restaurant etiquette, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
By making a reservation, you agree to our booking T&C’s, including a fee of 50 PLN per no-show or late cancellation.
